The new Inspire 2 battery uses a high performance, and higher density battery cell with an overall larger capacity, in addition to an updated management unit. Its ability to perform in lower temperature environments makes it most optimally used with a built-in 70W self-heating system that is capable of self-heating itself to 5 degrees every minute. The self-heating function can work automatically or manually. The unit will also constantly monitor battery status so that all data including battery life and temperature can be viewed through the DJI GO App.
